I feel pretty god damn stupid. I probably am stupid, but whatever. Also, video has nothing to do with this.

If it makes you feel any better, I spent an hour trying to figure out why my truck wouldn't start before I realized I had removed the battery but got distracted before I installed the new one.

And yes, I had been looking all over the engine bay during that time, and failed to notice the LACK OF BATTERY.

I did that earlier this weekend with that battery disconnect thumbwheel on my Jeep, attached to my snowmobile trailer. Buried in my side yard.
